Coaching is a relationship between a coach like me and a client, perhaps you. This relationship puts you in the front seat: we discuss your goals, we devise your plans and accountabilities and we play by your rules. As a coach, I help you expand your own ideas and guide you through your own thoughts which lead to specific actions and results.
I am a Certified Executive Specialist Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification and a member of the International Coaching Federation which means I have the skills to practice ethical coaching. As a certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, my field of expertise is executive and leadership coaching, with special focus on businesses that build digital products and professionals that wish to transform to agile methodologies or improve their organizational processes and culture.
Besides coaching, I also offer consulting services, training and mentoring programs on product team management and leadership, agile transformation, communication and product management. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll be more than happy to talk.
If you have a strong motivation to fulfill your goals and become even more successful, coaching is a powerful engagement. Most people who seek coaching are looking for a strategic partnership that will help them explore their potential significantly through a thought provoking and creative process.
I won’t, and that’s a good thing. Here’s why.
There is often a common misunderstanding that coaches give advice to clients. Rather, it is all about exploring you and your circumstances with my help.
If you still believe that you need consulting, training or mentoring, let me know through the form below and I’ll get back to you.
