Discover your journey towards customer-centric problem solving.
When moving towards a more iterative, incremental, customer-focused mindset, it’s crucial to have a clear understanding of your current position and the steps it takes to advance. Part of the toolkit I carry is designed to facilitate this process, and it includes this Agile assessment. It enables to you and your team to determine your alignment with the principles that the Agile Manifesto promotes.
This assessment gives you a snapshot of your current position in adopting an Agile mindset. This understanding can serve as a reality check, and a starting point for further development.
It also provides insights into key areas such as team communication, autonomy, value delivery, customer collaboration, and adaptability to change.
Finally, it allows you to leverage customer feedback effectively, ensuring your team is building what customers truly need.
How to use this assessment
Start by downloading the Agile assessment sheet.
The assessment consists of a series of questions designed to gauge how well your team aligns with the four Agile manifesto principles and its twelve principles. Once completed, we’ll review the results together. We’ll acknowledge and celebrate your strengths, identify areas for improvement, and work on strategies for that improvement. The insights from this assessment will inform your action plan, providing clear steps to the road ahead.
What’s interesting about this assessment is that you can take it more than once, by more than one people. As Agile values continuous improvement, you are encouraged to revisit the assessment periodically. This will enable you to track your progress, fine-tune our approach, and ensure your team is continually improving.
The Agile Mindset Assessment is a valuable tool in your journey towards Agile transformation. It’s about understanding where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
As your coach, I’m here to guide you every step of the way and help you unlock the full potential of the Agile mindset for your team.
